About the Course
Our online FSS course is designed for people intending on acting as a food safety supervisor in their workplace in any state or territory in Australia with the exception of NSW. The course consists of two nationally recognised units of competency:
1. Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety (SITXFSA001)
2. Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices (SITXFSA002)
Please note: This course is not valid for people wishing to act as a FSS in NSW.
